Yolanda GrafWe went with Maverick Contracting for our roof replacement through an insurance claim, and they were instrumental in helping us successfully get Nationwide to cover it. Communication was great throughout most of the process, and they replaced our entire roof along with two skylights with blinds in just one day. We did have some issues afterward, including damage to the front and back of our home, some unfinished details, and payment/pricing errors. We also had an unfortunate experience with our original salesperson when trying to get those issues addressed. After I sent an itemized email outlining everything that still needed to be corrected, one of the founders personally came out with two members of his team and made sure everything was fixed properly, including the pricing issue. I would recommend Maverick to friends and family because mistakes can happen with any company, and what matters to me is how they handle them. In the end, Maverick took ownership, made things right, and that's what sets a good company apart from others.Posted on Google

Blair did a great job at explaining the process and answering our questions as first time home owners it was appreciated. The new roof came and was installed correctly and looks great. The reason for 4 stars was due to some miscommunication after the roof was already on and the bills starting showing up. Blair took my complaints seriously and listened. We were able to receive compensation for the miscommunications that occured. In the end I would use Blair / Maverick contracting again. Work began in a timely manner. Communication and transparency from day 1 to completion was superlative. The project manager John was integral in this process. I could share ideas and John would immediately give me feedback/ pro’s and cons. His genuine desire to create bathrooms I would love was apparent. We had a bad wind storm come through and tore my roof up badly. They got up there and did their thing and patched / covered what needed protected and we started the process with insurance. Ryan and Shelbee were very helpful and responsive throughout the entire process. They communicated very well what to expect and how to navigate unforeseen issues. We opted to also get our gutters + downspouts replaced, so we had 2 crews out. Both crews arrived on time, worked efficiently, and did an excellent job on my roof and again on the gutters. J D.Maverick did an excellent job on giving me a new roof! Ryan the insurance claim guy worked well with myself and my elderly parents, both with insurance claims and choosing a new roof. They came out VERY QUICKLY to do the job. Very little wait time. The 4 man roof crew arrived early around 7 a.m. and blew it out in one day. Looks awesome! Also, I had thousands of maple seeds everywhere all over the roof and yard and they did such a great cleanup during and after the job. Blew all seeds and debris off deck and steps. They coordinated everything and made it super easy to get our claim approved and roof replaced pretty quickly. The roof piece was so easy, and the team made us comfortable with their pricing, services, and expertise that we asked them to also update the entire exterior of our home. The team not only replaced our roof, but got us new windows, new front and back patio doors, siding, shutters, gutters and upgrading our home with stone facade around our garage bump out. Everything came out fantastic. And our house looks like a new build. The team did a great job. I cannot say enough about how great Maverick was to deal with at every step of the roof replacement. From the day they showed up at my door and inspected the roof and then showed me the damage and walked me through filing a claim to the completion of the project, they could not have been better to deal with. Project manager Josh ensured that I got the roof I wanted and communicated with me throughout the process. John KirschnerA brutal hail storm wiped out all of the roofs along my road last march. Maverick came by right after and offered their services. My insurance company had three different assessment teams come out months apart. I didn't ask for that. They lost the first report, second report missed several things, 3rd was fine. Maverick helped me with the insurance all the way. The entire roof was replaced, all the aluminum facia around the house, chiminey and skylights. They did the major job in one day. Came back two days later to replace aluminum facia around the garage doors. I knew at every step what I was paying for and when they were coming. Contract language was very clear and easy to read. There was no feeling of pressure at any point. They were all friendly and professional. Kenny reached out after a major windstorm in February damaged several roofs in my neighborhood, and from that moment on he was there for every inspection—especially when my insurance company kept giving me issues. On installation day, the crew was scheduled to arrive between 7:00–7:30 AM. They showed up at 6:45 and respectfully waited until 7:00 to start. After dealing with so many delays and frustrations from the insurance company, that level of professionalism was a huge relief. Maverick Contracting was honest from start to finish. Wayne AdamsSo major projects are major decisions, This team were wonderful from start to finish and were always willing to explain the ins and outs in normal language so all was understood. They took very good care of my property while on site, taking extra precautions tarping and moving items they thought may get damaged, then remember to put them all back exactly where they were (even the Christmas decor). The crew clean up was so impressive that even my neighbor commented on it and how they also got some debris that made it onto his property off. Jesse was the only one who actually went up on the roof (out of four different companies) and took extensive photos of my roof and documented hail damage with a detailed report.
